I left a review and I don’t see it so I am doing it again because this young man shouldn’t be shortchanged. He’s my goto computer fix it from here to eternity. He took my 2016 MacBook Pro and fixed the trackpad within 2 hours and got it back to me so I could continue working. It is my primary workstation as I have a national podcast and website and he took all of that into consideration. If you need a professional, KTG is where it’s at. Stumbled upon KTG IT SOLUTIONS by googling computer repairs near me. I saw that this company had over 100 reviews, and they were all 5 stars. I sat and read majority of them before I actually placed my call. Once I decided to call, I called and Kevin answered. I explained my situation and he asked me to send him a picture of the laptop and the SN number. I did, and it was nothing but professionalism from there on. He was nice enough to pickup the laptop from my residence, which I appreciated. He then let me know that once the work was completed that he would contact me, and he did. The whole process took like two days, and he dropped it off for me(at my request of course). All in all, it was such an easy transaction from start to finish. What an excellent experience!!! It is unfortunate that I can only give 5 Stars this business deserves more. My computer died ( and I was in a panic) Kevin the owner came to my house the same day and resolved my problem. He is personable, very professional, efficient, honest and has reasonable prices. I had a problem with another laptop it could not be resolved and he did not charge me. If you have computer problems I would highly recommend that you use KTG IT Solutions. KTG I.T. is amazing! I scheduled an appointment to get my battery replaced in my laptop, and to turn in my old laptops for recycle and it was a great experience.
