Kevin was referred by a family member. My desktop wouldn’t boot properly. Kevin picked up my PC did some troubleshooting and it was a motherboard and power supply issue. Kevin ordered and replaced those parts within a few days. The repair was done well and my PC works perfectly now. Overall I’m really satisfied and would use his service again. I was really happy because my budget was not setup for a new system right now. Kevin is very kind and mild mannered guy that's always a plus.

He took my 2016 MacBook Pro and fixed the trackpad within 2 hours and got it back to me so I could continue working. Stumbled upon KTG IT SOLUTIONS by googling computer repairs near me. I saw that this company had over 100 reviews, and they were all 5 stars. I sat and read majority of them before I actually placed my call. Once I decided to call, I called and Kevin answered. I explained my situation and he asked me to send him a picture of the laptop and the SN number. I did, and it was nothing but professionalism from there on. He was nice enough to pickup the laptop from my residence, which I appreciated. He then let me know that once the work was completed that he would contact me, and he did. The whole process took like two days, and he dropped it off for me(at my request of course). All in all, it was such an easy transaction from start to finish. What an excellent experience!!! It is unfortunate that I can only give 5 Stars this business deserves more. My computer died ( and I was in a panic) Kevin the owner came to my house the same day and resolved my problem. He is personable, very professional, efficient, honest and has reasonable prices. KTG I.T. is amazing! I scheduled an appointment to get my battery replaced in my laptop, and to turn in my old laptops for recycle and it was a great experience.
