    One-on-one professional technology consultation for individuals and businesses. Get expert guidance on computer purchases, network planning, cybersecurity, software solutions, cloud services, business technology strategy, and IT best practices.

Service Policies

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

  • Parts and special-order items require payment before ordering.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service.

  • Devices not claimed within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees.

  • KTG IT Solutions & Computer Repair is not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures discovered during repair.​

   Specific software repairs can be done on home/office visits. Please discuss options with the technician.

    Any hardware-related repairs are required to be checked-in and allow 3-7 business days. KTG IT Solutions cannot guarantee delivery ETA, unless we expedite part ordering, which would be an additional fee/expedited repair fee.
