    Google Remote Desktop must be installed on your PC or Mac to allow secure remote access.

  • Diagnostics Service Fee – $49.99 (Non-Refundable)
    Comprehensive system evaluation to identify hardware or software issues.

  • Delivery + Pick Up Services – Starting at $50.00
    Convenient device drop-off and return service, with pricing based on distance.

  • On-Site Service Call – Starting at $85.00
    In-person technical support at your location, with rates varying by distance.

  • Virus Removal – $99.99
    Complete removal of viruses, malware, spyware, and pop-ups to restore system performance.

  • Virus Protection – 1-Year or 2-Year License ($45.00 | $85.00)
    Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer from future threats.

  • Operating System Installations – $89.00 and up
    Professional installation or reinstallation of Windows or macOS.

  • Wi-Fi Configuration / Troubleshooting – $89.99
    Set up and optimization of home or small-business Wi-Fi networks for reliable connectivity.

  • Data Recovery – Starting at $75.00
    Recovery of lost or deleted files from computers, drives, or storage devices.

   Specific software repairs can be done on home/office visits. Please discuss options with the technician.

    Any hardware-related repairs are required to be checked-in and allow 3-7 business days. KTG IT Solutions cannot guarantee delivery ETA, unless we expedite part ordering, which would be an additional fee/expedited repair fee.
